My home has slowly become a breeding ground for unproductivity. No matter how motivated I am to get things done, those things just remain as they are…undone. I've found that I can only do homework if I'm somewhere else (which is why I spent so much time in coffee shops during exam time). It's as if I've burnt my house out and he's just tired. He's had it, he's just done with giving me the appropriate amount of motivation needed to get things done. Also, it doesn't help having an absolutely adorable little sister to distract you from your daily duties. Seriously, I used to be a get-things-done-now kind of gal with the self proclaimed battle anthem of being addicted to productivity. What ever happened to those days?
It seems as though I've traded in my productivity addiction for something a bit more fun: the internet. but then again, it might have always been this way...check out this post.
example one: Facebook. I've gotten to the point where I love to just see what people do with their lives on facebook. Creepy? Maybe. But I just like to think that I'm just genuinely interested in the lives of others.
Youtube is yet another of these insanely entertaining side trackers. You'd be amazed what kind of videos you come up with when you type in "Me singing" . Pretty darn hilarious. Send me to the crazy house if I ever post a video of me singing lady gaga to a webcam. But, it would be fun to be a youtube star...
Also, I've seemed to have rekindled my love of ancestry.com. what can I say, I love family trees! I enjoy checking out their names and where they were from. Ancestors rock. especially mine (maybe I'm a little biased)
And you mustn't forget about good ole blogspot. Blogs blogs blogs. Everywhere you turn there is an extremely addicting blog just begging you to peruse through its pages. And there are just so many different kinds out there! gosh, it's so fun.
And there I go again, getting off task.
I need to go do something productive
Goodbye for now.
